Clear refund rules for digital products, CodeCanyon purchases and services, while preserving mandatory consumer rights.
Products
Most Steroid Codes products are digital software, source code, themes, scripts or other downloadable materials. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, refunds are handled according to the marketplace or payment platform used for the purchase and applicable law.
If you purchased a Steroid Codes item through CodeCanyon / Envato Market, the Envato Market refund process and Refund Rules apply. Refund requests should be submitted through the Envato Market process. Steroid Codes will cooperate with Envato when a request is referred to us.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the rules of the marketplace used, a refund will generally not be available merely because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong item, lack the technical knowledge to use the product, or no longer want the product after downloading or accessing it.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right remains applicable. For digital content, the right may cease or be affected once performance begins with your express request and the required legal acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost or limited, where permitted by law. Marketplace-specific rules may also apply.
For technical issues, please contact Steroid Codes first when support is available. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct reproducible defects. Support does not automatically create a right to a refund.
For CodeCanyon purchases, use the refund request mechanism provided by Envato Market. If your request is sent to Steroid Codes for review, provide the purchase information and a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds may result in the associated license being voided, as required by the marketplace.
For CodeCanyon items, Envato Market currently applies specific refund time limits, including a 180-day limit for supported ThemeForest and CodeCanyon items and a 30-day limit for unsupported items, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. Always check the current Envato Refund Rules for the purchase concerned.
